consignment (slowflip)
Consignment is now only offered on any single item valued at $20.00 or more.
We consign the same way we purchase customer items for trades or flipcards!
- bring in the items that you want to consign
- we'll look at them while you shop (five minute wait time)
- we'll call you back to the counter when we've decided what to consign.
we need your:
- name
- address
- phone number (s)
- email address (optional)
- signed contract form (your first time signature will satisfy all future agreements)
- decision to donate or not, the unsold items at terms end, by checking "donate (?) box" on contract 

form.
you'll receive:
- your permanent consignment number /card and contract copy
- ability to drop n' go anytime!
With rollover options,
terms can be one month
or
up to five months!
(decide from the start how many months to consign for and skip the monthly renewal!)

If your items do not sell within the first month we may offer to extend, (renew), your term for another month.
The rates will decrease for the consignee by 10% for each extended month.
e.g. if we did not sell your $10.00 shirt during the first month at a 50% split, and we agree upon

a second term, the split will now be 40% to you and 60% to flip, and so on.
drop n' go (for previous consignese only)
simply "drop-off" items at our front counter with a signed contract attached,
(forms are in our outdoor drop box, please check for possible new consignment rates),
and choose to either pick up all or remaining items by closing time of the next business day or just check the "donate box" to have them donated to the store.
You can drop n' go items at anytime, although, they will be added to your original contract, they will also be subject to the current rates of that term.
policies and no no's:
- no appointment necessary to consign, sell or trade.
- bring in items at anytime during store hours.
- terms start on the upcoming Saturday of each week and end on the Saturday one month later.
- consignment cards have a date in which to claim your payments, (there's no grace period).
- No calls! We do not accept nor make calls regarding the status of your items! 
- we do not send payments via mail.
- not allowed to pick-up items when drop n' go or at any time, unless otherwise instructed to do so.
- consignee must come directly into the store at end of each term (month) to either:

- rollover another month
- collect monies, (check form or on flipcard)

- pickup unsold items - must pick out unsold items from our floor

- or start a new term at the end of the five month term for a 50/50 split

- close out or renew consignment card with our signatures to verify payment has been made.
If you do not come in on the date noted on the consignment card, then we will assume that all monies and unsold items are considered unwanted and donations to the company of flip regardless of the decision at the start of the term to donate or not.
flip does not reduce the price-points for consignment purposes, instead we keep the item in shoppe until it sells.
