flip sells new, gently used and custom-designed, clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories for women. Be on the look out for new tags, one-of-a-kind pieces, and fully stocked merchandise in all sizes.
flip is memorable for its colorful tops with prints that pop, flirty skirts, sheers and airy crepes, cottons, and light-weight linens... "fabrics that float!"
teosdesign
Teosdesign is our own line of clothing and jewelry! You'll find our custom and redesigned pieces
scattered throughout the shoppe for purchase. Artisans, crafters and designers are also welcome
add their pictures to our flip portfolio for representation and they can also consign for a better than
normal rate.
flipcards
Our flipcard is just like any other gift card! Ours can be used and/or be given as a gift certificate,
and can even be wraped in giftcard wrap!
flipcards:
-are to be used same as cash, but cannot be redeemed for cash
-no cash back for unused balances
-are transferrable
-can be issued for any amount
-new cards are issued each time a debit occurs reflecting remaining balance
-no expiration!

We take care in our selections for flip and it's why we're discriminating when it comes to what we
purchase from you too. We only offer trade and consignment services to our customers who bring us things that complement our style. How do you decide what to bring? We suggest to bring it all and don't be discouraged if we don't accept something becasue we may recommend that you bring it in at another time.
And if it all seems like to much work... use our flip pick-up service! We'll stop by and decide at your doorstep so you don't even have to leave the house or use our HOMEFREE services and not even lift a finger!

Any item on our floor, even art! We take orders on new merchandise and requests for wish list items, V/MC, Amex, debit and flipcards accepted.

Our exchange rate is currently at 20%, (rates are subject to change, please inquire each time you sell).
e.g. if we were to sell the shirt you brought to us for $10.00, we'll put $2.00 (20%) on your new flipcard.
- bring in the items you want to sell in a bag, box or on hangers
- we'll ask you to shop while we look through them to decide which ones we'd like to purchase
(about a five minute wait time) - we'll call you back to the counter to offer you an amount to be used on a flipcard.

Selling and trading procedures are the same, but instead of getting a flipcard in return, you can simply trade, (exchange) your merchandise for ours and the same rates will apply!

consignment (slowflip)
We consign the same way we purchase customer items for trades or flipcards!
- bring in the items that you want to consign
- we'll look at them while you shop (five minute wait time)
- we'll call you back to the counter when we've decided what to consign.

we need your:
- name- address- phone number (s)- email address (optional)- signed contract form (your first time signature will satisfy all future agreements)- answer to donate the unsold items at terms end, by checking "donate box" on your contract.you'll receive:
- your permanent consignment number /card and contract copyrollover option
If your items do not sell within the your term, we may offer to extend, (renew), your term..
drop n' go (for previous consignese only)
simply "drop-off" items at our front counter with a signed contract attached,
and choose to either pick up all or remaining items by closing time of the next business day or just check the "donate box" to have them donated to the store.
You can drop n' go items at anytime, although, they will be added to your original contract, they will also be subject to the current rates of that term.

and when we come to your doorstep
we may either
pay you on the spot or consign your stuff!
Gather the items that you want to sell, trade, consign or donate, then give us a call for a pick-up.
If you choose not to be present for pick-up:
- leave items in a designated area in a receptacle or bag- if you mark them "for donation", we will collect them and leave you a receipt.- if you mark them for "consignment or trade", we will bring them back to flip, then call you back.The items that flip does accept must be pick-ed up within 24 hours or they will be considered donated to the shoppe or we can drop them off, (fees for drop-off service are based on location, call shoppe for more info.).
If you chose to be present for pick-up:
- we'll go thru your items and decide to offer you either:- trade - in which you'd be paid cash or a flipcard on the spot, or,- consignment - please see our consignment page for detailsWe can pick-up items from your doorstep for free! Whether they're donations, consignments or trades!
Just give us a call during store hours!
drop-off
We can drop-off too! Fees for a drop-off are based on location and only within the city of Venice limits.

policies
no no's:
- no appointment necessary to consign, sell or trade. - bring in items at anytime during store hours. - terms start on the upcoming 1st day of the month and end one month later. - consignment cards have a date in which to claim your payments, (there's a one week grace period). - No calls! We do not accept nor make calls regarding the status of your items! - we do not send payments via mail.- not allowed to pick-up items when drop n' go or at any time, unless otherwise instructed- consignee must come directly into the store at end of each term (month) to either:- rollover another month - collect monies, (check form or on flipcard) - pickup unsold items - must pick out unsold items from our floor - or start a new term for a 50/50 split - close out or renew consignment card to verify payment has been made.If you bring your items in to trade but do not see anything you'd like to trade for, you can get a flipcard for that amount to use at a later date instead of bringing all of your items back home.
Home decor and items valued greater than twenty dollars are for consignment only.
If you do not come in by the date noted on the consignment card, we will assume that all monies and unsold items are considered unwanted and donations to the company of flip regardless of the decision at the start of the term to donate or not.
flip does not reduce the price-points for consignment purposes, instead we keep the item in shoppe until it sells.
return policy
absolutely no returns, although you may trade item(s) back to flip under current rates and
normal operations. flip has no obligation to purchase and has a right to refuse service, cease or
commence any of our services at any time without prior notification. once item(s) are sold, deal is
closed. no bargaining is allowed.
